so for MQPUT1 we don't need to call MQOPEN but for MQGET we need to Open the MQ(MQOPEN)?

Hi, I generally used in my application are LENGERR,MAPFAIL,INVREQ..etc.. These conditions depend upon your apps. also you can check RESP with CICS command OR check EIBRESP/EIBRESP2(S9(8) COMP) and EIBRCODE (X(6)) to check CICS command is executed well or NOT.
